• Customer-provided or connected data that you choose to make available to Hermes, including limited matched user data, recipient email addresses, message content, and email thread history used to support communications workflows.

• Technical and security information needed to operate the service, such as session information, device or browser metadata, IP address, and service logs.

• Provide, operate, maintain, and secure Hermes.
• Authenticate users and manage accounts.
• Process connected data and user instructions within the product.
• Generate, review, send, and manage communications workflows.

• Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the service.

Hermes lets users connect or provide data that may include personal data about their own customers, users, contacts, or other individuals. You are responsible for that data.

• You must have the rights, permissions, and legal basis required to provide data to Hermes and instruct Hermes to process it.
• You are responsible for notices, disclosures, and consents required for your use case.
• You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the data and content you submit or connect.

We may use third-party services that support authentication, AI processing, communications delivery, and infrastructure. We may share information with those service providers only as needed to operate, secure, and support Hermes.

For example, Hermes may rely on third-party authentication providers, third-party AI model providers, third-party email infrastructure, and other service providers that help us run the product.

Hermes uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to run the service, such as authentication cookies, session management, and product preference storage.

We do not currently use website analytics cookies or advertising cookies on Hermes.
